CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

Prenatal Massage

Perfectly tailored for every trimester, pregnancy massage provides relaxation, relief from the aches and pains of the pregnant body, and an opportunity to escape the hectic nature of life and connect with your baby. Done side lying in a nest of pillows with heated herbal compresses. Prenatal massage is our specialty.

Postpartum Massage

This session is specifically tailored to assist in the recovery from birth. Includes abdominal massage and warm herbal compresses combined with targeted bodywork to support the aches and pains of new parenthood. May also be packaged with infant massage instruction.

Acupressure

Suitable for late term pregnancy, Abigail can provide an acupressure session to ready the body for labor and birth. Abigail was trained by renowned local acupuncturist Keith Bell, and can incorporate this into a bodywork session or its own 45 minute treatment.

Thai Massage

Often called Thai Yoga massage, Thai massage is an ancient healing system that incorporates acupressure, stretching and compression to provide a relaxing and healing experience. Perfect for relaxation, pain relief, or problem area work. Done on a soft mat on the floor while clothed, Thai massage is deeply grounding and opening.

Infant Massage Instruction

Perfect for bonding, an infant massage instruction session will teach new parents a simple routine to soothe and connect with their new child. Learn to calm gas pains and encourage better sleep and digestion for your baby. Includes a booklet of techniques, oil, and continued instructional support as needed.
